Grinds the beans perfectly and I love the fresh coffee a grinder can provide. We have not had a single negative issue. This little grinder is great. I highly recommend it if you can still find one on Amazon like we did.
Don’t waste your money. Stopped working after 2 uses. Company will not refund purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$
It stopped working within 60 days
I searched on line and cannot find any kind of instruction or repair manul. I flip the switch and nothing happens. The light and motor do not function. You don't answer the phone number published on your page. I am in South America. HELP!
Not working on second use, no service from the company
It has been a bad experience with this product. After the product arrived, on the second use of the product, coffee beans were jammed. After removing the jammed bean, the grinder didn't work. The power can be turned on and off with light, but no action. The product was purchased from the company directly. Three emails were sent to the company on request of returning the bad unit and exchanging a working unit. Two phone calls were made, no one answered the call. A detail message was left. It has been close to three weeks, there is no response from the company by email or phone regarding the defective product, and unit exchange.
Ran to bags of 20oz Starbucks coffee at 4oz at a time the last batch I found 4 small metal nuts in the batch cup and grinder stopped. I’ve emailed the Kaffe company and 4Q many times with know response on what to do to get another unit. Order 9/30/21. Some one respond. !!!!
