Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, for the time being, we’re only shipping to the US. However, as our brand grows, we’re planning to expand and bring our quality products to other countries too.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all products! They are processed via our Amazon warehouse so if you get an unexpected Amazon package, don't worry - it's from us!

How can I check my order status?

You will be contacted via email about the shipping details as soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse. 
If you have not received the confirmation email or have any other questions, please contact our Customer Support.

Is it possible to change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?

It is not possible to change the delivery address once you successfully placed the order.
In the event that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and we will send you a refund within 30 days compatible with the timing offered by your financial institution..
If you didn't receive the refund or have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service.

I haven't received my order. What can I do?
Please note that orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days, while delivery times depend on the selected carrier and shipping method. Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Why is my order late?

We do our best to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. However, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may occasionally be subject to delays.

Why isn't it possible to deliver my order?
Possible issues regarding shipping may include:

  • We do not deliver to the country your address is in.

  • Set your schedule: Decide how often you'd like your coffee delivered—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This way, you can align your coffee deliveries with your actual consumption.
Is there a trial period or sample option before committing to a subscription?

Yes, new subscribers can get their first subscription order for $1. This allows you to try our coffee at a minimal cost and see if our subscription service meets your needs.

What can I do if my promo code doesn't work?

If the error message says the code is not valid, please check:
