Warranty policy

At Kaffe Products, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and durability. To show our dedication, we offer a warranty extension: when you register your product, the standard 2-year warranty is upgraded to a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This ensures that your investment is protected for the life of the product. This warranty applies to all Kaffe Products purchased new, whether directly from us or through any retailer. Please review the following terms carefully.

  • Non-Registered Products: 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Registered Products: Lifetime coverage for the life of the product.
 
3. What is Covered
Kaffe Products warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the product. This warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in materials or workmanship that occur during the manufacturing process.
  • Product-Specific Defects: Issues specific to the type of product, such as mechanical failures in grinders or seal failures in coffee storage containers.
 
4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1 Do Not Return Product to Store
Please follow these steps to ensure the quickest resolution of your claim:
  1. Locate the Product Information: Find the model number, batch code, and/or serial number on the product. These are typically located underneath or on the back of the product.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Have your original or a copy of the sales receipt available.
  3. Provide Visual Evidence: Submit photo or video materials clearly showing the issue with the product as proof of the defect. This step is mandatory for processing your claim.
  4. Contact Kaffe Support: Reach out to Kaffe Customer Support for instructions on the warranty claim process. Kaffe may request further information or photos to help process your claim.
  5. Shipping the Product: If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, Kaffe will either replace the product or issue a refund.
4.2 Turnaround Time
Typical processing time for warranty claims is up to 10 business days, plus shipping time, depending on your location and the nature of the claim.
 
5. Warranty Limitations
5.1 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear that occurs through the product’s lifespan.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions (e.g., use of sharp utensils in grinders, exposure to excessive heat).
  • Water Damage: Damage caused by submerging electrical devices in water or exposing them to water unless explicitly stated as safe in the instructional manual.
  • Physical Impact: Damage caused by external impacts such as drops, falls, or collisions.
  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or coating wear that do not affect the product’s functionality.
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • Products damaged by external factors such as fire, flood, or power surges.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including non-authorized online marketplaces.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
5.2 Non-Transferability

Within the warranty period, Kaffe Products may, at its sole discretion:

7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except for the warranties set forth herein, Kaffe Products makes no other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies described in this warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies. Kaffe Products will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or loss of data.

  • Care and Maintenance: Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their Kaffe Products. This includes following all care instructions provided in the product manual or on the Kaffe website.
  • Proper Use: Customers must use Kaffe Products as intended and in accordance with the provided instructions. Misuse, including but not limited to using a product in an unintended manner, voids this warranty.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased. Any disputes arising under this warranty will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
