Questionable Warranty Service
This is a great french press and I used it everyday since I bought it. After 6 months it started having vapor inside the double glass wall. Now after 15 months, it totally cracked and broke.I emailed both contact@kaffeproducts.com and contact@4qbrands.com that I saw from the contacts page of their website. It’s been a week and no response while I sent them a reminder in between.It says the warranty is good for 2 years, which my purchase record is within the warranty period. I also sent in an application for extended warranty and got the confirmation email. So the automated response was sent, and it says send them an email for more questions if any, but they won’t respond at all.Now I really don’t know what I can do to get this warranty applied when they just won’t respond to me at all. I was happy with the product but I am starting to feel disappointed that I am not getting any response.
It looks good but the quality is subtle.
Water accumulated between the double glazing.Is it a defective product?I have been able to use it for a year, so I will give up as good.
Double Lined and sturdy
