This is my third French press in my adult life and so glad that I will not be cracking it. So far it is working just fine. I did not buy it through their web page. I took a look at the FB page and have some concern about the lack of customer support. I also have not been able to get ahold of them so how will I get parts or deal with a warranty issue. I have not been able to get a reply and one day I will need replacement parts. Hope they clarify things.
I have sooooo many coffee products. This is one of my favorites. If you’re looking for a press, this is a good one. What sets it apart is the vacuum body that will keep the brew hot. And the construction is quality.
